Last season she was cast as a series lead in the CBS/Showtime pilot, Gurland on Gurland, playing Myrna Birnbaum, which was written, directed and produced by Andrew Gurland, and executive producer Glenn Gordon Caron.

Elana Gantman is a New York City based actor and singer, and is a recent graduate of the University of Michigan’s BFA Theatre program. One of Elana’s main passions is Drama Therapy, having worked with youth suffering from PTSD at the Matrix Theatre Company in Detroit, Michigan, as well as participating in The Schusterman Foundation’s Start South Arts Festival in Sderot, Israel. Kay is an EMC actress with a fresh BFA from the University of Michigan and a minor in Creative Writing. She also studied acting at a myriad of other colleges, including summers at Brown and Carnegie Mellon, and even spent a summer with Commonwealth Shakespeare Company in Boston studying her favorite frilly-collared playwright. Some of her favorite roles to date have been Rose in "The Flick" and "Toinette" in The Imaginary Invalid.
